In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

By accessing the dewu11 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using dewu11 and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account on dewu11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dewu11 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another active or suspended dewu11 account.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of dewu11 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• Personal use only: You must register and play for personal recreational purposes only. Accounts used for commercial gambling, syndicate betting, or on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage must be truthful, complete, and current.

To access the full dewu11 platform — including placing wagers, making deposits, and participating in promotions — you must complete the registration process and create an Account.

During registration you are required to provide, at a minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred bank account or payment method details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password.

dewu11 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee account approval; dewu11 may complete additional eligibility reviews before activating an account.

• You may hold only one (1) active Account on dewu11 at any time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• You must notify dewu11 promptly if your personal details change, including your email address, phone number, or bank account information.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. dewu11 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

dewu11 operates a robust identity verification programme to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and to ensure that all players are who they claim to be. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Bank account ownership: A bank statement or screenshot from your internet banking application confirming that the deposit/withdrawal account belongs to you.
• Source of funds: In cases where large transactions are flagged, dewu11 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges until documentation is supplied and approved. dewu11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

dewu11 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. During core banking hours, most bank transfers complete within 5 minutes. Off-peak hours (approximately 00:00–06:00 WIB) may experience slightly longer processing times.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 for e-wallets; Rp 50.000 for bank transfers.
• Maximum deposit: Up to Rp 100.000.000 per single transaction for major bank channels. Contact support for higher-limit arrangements.
• Deposit fees: dewu11 does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fee levied by your bank or e-wallet provider is the responsibility of the Account Holder.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits — including deposits from another person's bank account or card — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Currency: All transactions must be conducted in IDR. dewu11 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Withdrawals from a dewu11 Account may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — matching the name on your dewu11 Account. dewu11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts using BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri. Average transfer completion is under 30 minutes during banking hours. Off-peak withdrawals may be queued for the next processing batch.
• Withdrawal fees: dewu11 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard interbank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank.
• Verification requirement: dewu11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected irregularities, including unusual wagering patterns.
• Bonus funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Unclaimed balance: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity processing fee not exceeding Rp 50.000 per month, applied to the remaining balance.

dewu11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including large single withdrawals or a pattern of withdrawals immediately following bonus receipt without meaningful wagering activity.

dewu11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus provisions set out below.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders only. dewu11 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute less. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7–30 days. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy deemed abusive by dewu11 will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

All bets placed on dewu11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. The following general rules apply across all verticals — including sports betting (bandar bola markets, mix parlay accumulators), live casino, *togel* (numbers lottery) draws, and slot games.

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the specific game rules provide for a cashout feature.
• dewu11 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, a system malfunction, or where the odds were clearly inconsistent with true market prices at the time of placement.
• For sports markets, dewu11's settlement decisions are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of an official result being revised after settlement, dewu11 will re-settle affected bets accordingly.
• dewu11 may impose maximum stake limits on any market at any time, including during live betting, without prior notice. Players who attempt to circumvent stake limits may have their accounts reviewed.
• *Togel* (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the official source for the relevant market (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney). dewu11 has no influence over draw outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dewu11 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a nominee or proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any winnings generated through an identified exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Placing bets on any event or match in which you have inside knowledge not available to the general public.
• Using the Platform to engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws of your country of residence or the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.

dewu11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances in which this power may be exercised include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms, pending KYC completion, suspected fraud, suspected match-fixing, or at the request of the Account Holder for self-exclusion purposes.

Where an Account is closed for cause — such as fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct — any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request, or as a result of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the dewu11 support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

dewu11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We take problem gambling seriously and provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players how long they have been playing and the net outcome of their current session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period (24–72 hours) during which the Account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.

All content on the dewu11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, games, graphics, text, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewu11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from dewu11.

Any unauthorised use of dewu11's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewu11 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners exclude all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server outages, or third-party payment processing errors.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, even if dewu11 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

dewu11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits dewu11's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by dewu11 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. In summary, dewu11 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory KYC and AML obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

dewu11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, dewu11 will provide reasonable notice to existing Account Holders via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. The current version of the Terms is always available at dewu11.cam/terms-conditions, with the version number and effective date displayed at the top of the page.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewu11 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and dewu11, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting dewu11's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of dewu11 must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are time-barred.
